What we do with your information
The short version, and the true one. Last updated August 5, 2026.
What we collect
When you call us, use the form on this site, or reach us through an AI assistant, we record what you asked for (in your own words), when you need it, and — if you give it to us — a callback number so a business can reach you. That's it. We don't ask for payment details, and we don't require an account.
What we do with it
We match your request to a local business that provides it, and we pass along your request and your callback number so they can get in touch. That hand-off is the whole service.
We also keep a record of the request — including the ones we couldn't fill. Those records tell us, and the towns we operate in, what visitors are actually looking for and what nobody locally provides. That's the part of this business that lasts.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information. Not your phone number, not your name.
- We don't advertise to you, and we don't hand your number to anyone except the business we matched you with.
- We don't publish anything that identifies you. When we report on demand — to a town, a partner, or through our data service — it is counts and categories only: how many people asked for a thing, and whether anyone could provide it. No phone numbers, no names.
Text messages
We send text messages about your request — and only if you asked us to. Texting went live on 13 August 2026 on a registered carrier lane. This page promised it would change when that changed; it has.
You choose it, every time. On the web form it is an unticked box you tick yourself. On a call you placed to us, you ask out loud and our agent reads your number back before anything is sent. If your number is outside the US, we offer WhatsApp or email instead — same rule: your choice, recorded with the exact wording you agreed to. No pre-ticked consent, no lists — every number we have reached us because you contacted us first.
The messages are about your request and nothing else — a link to the page that tracks it, and updates on that same request. No marketing, no offers, and nothing about anything you didn't ask us about.
Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. Reply HELP and you get a way to reach a person. Your carrier's usual message and data rates apply.
We never share or sell your consent to be texted — not to partners, not to affiliates, not to anyone, for any purpose. That is a separate promise from the callback number we pass to the business we matched you with, which is described above and only ever goes to that one business.
How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed retention window yet. We are saying so plainly instead of quoting a number we don't yet honour. Today we keep the record of a request for as long as we operate the location it came from. When we set a specific window, we will state it here — and if you have a question about your own record in the meantime, get in touch below.
If an AI assistant contacted us for you
Same rules. An assistant acting on your behalf gives us the same request-and-callback, and it is treated identically to a phone call — matched to a business, recorded, never sold.
Reaching us
Questions about your information? Contact support@guestservices.team. It helps to say roughly when you contacted us and the callback number you used, so we can find the record.
