About GuestServices
You ask. You hear back.
Every hotel worth its stars has a concierge desk strategically placed in the lobby, and behind it, a perfectly poised pro who knows the town and how to get anything you want. (Okay. Almost anything.) You tell them what you’re after, and they make the calls.
Guest Services is exactly that. Minus the big tip, and no hotel lobby required. You might be visiting the folks, Airbnb-ing it, or just passing through.
- any hour, almost any request
- no creepy app to install

Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.
You ask. Any hour, almost any request, from any internet-connected device. No creepy app to install. Go to guestservices.team, or call the local Guest Services number where you are. Plain words work best:
“We need a boat for six people, Friday morning.”
Leave the best number to reach you at, and go back to the pool. And the voice that picks up? You’ll love them: a localized Guest Services AI agent with the same local expertise and connections as the human concierge version. The calls we make are real, the businesses are real, and so is the answer you get back.
Like a local, born and raised, we know exactly who to call in each town we work in. (And that list is growing by the day.) The word gets out fast. Your contact information does not. And time is on your side the whole way.
The calls start the moment you ask. You get a confirmation by text, WhatsApp, or email, and we do the rest. The businesses we call get the request and nothing else: no name, no number, just the chance to call you direct through our secure proxy phone system. You, and only you, share your information if you decide to book.
Thirty minutes in, we give them a nudge. At sixty, we open it up to everybody in town who can do the job, and the first yes wins. Give us up to ninety minutes to secure a local service for you. We don’t leave you hanging.
When the news is good, your supplier calls you from the local two-three-nine number to lock it in. And if we can’t find what you’re looking for inside the ninety? We tell you straight, and you can re-run the ask with one tap. Up to three tries in all.
No accounts. No fifteen tabs of “10 Best” lists. You ask. You hear back.
And when you walk in? Tell ’em we sent ya.
